Bond Cleaning Teneriffe

The visit runs in a set order: a walk-through first, then spot treatment on individual marks, a high-filtration vacuum to pull out grit, hot water extraction through every carpeted room, and a deodoriser pass over the fibre. Bedroom doorways, hall runs and the walking lanes in the lounge get the most time, because those are the areas that show wear first.

Allow three to five hours as a rule. Units and high-rise apartments usually come back sooner than that, especially with ceiling fans going and the balcony door slid open to move air through the rooms.

Extraction pulls out food spills, coffee rings, tracked-in dirt and the greasy film pets leave behind. What it cannot undo is dye loss from bleach or a burn that has melted the pile, and the technician will point those out at the start of the visit so you know where you stand before the agent sees it.

No, and most tenants are not. Leave the keys in a lockbox, with the building concierge, or arrange access through the agent. We lock up behind us when the floors are done and email the receipt and photos through the same day.

Yes. The carpet extraction can be booked on its own or as part of a wider vacate package taking in the oven and rangehood, bathrooms and the inside of the windows. Tell us what the agent has on the exit list and we will price the lot together.

Three to seven days ahead is comfortable, and worth doing at the end of the month when half the street seems to be moving at once. If the handover has crept up on you, we hold slots for next-day and same-day vacate cleans across the inner-city suburbs.

Yes. Corner guards go on before the hose comes in, the lines get wrapped at the doorway, and floor protectors sit at the entry so walls, timber trims and lift doors are not marked while the machine is running.
